My name is Graham Boston - welcome to my personal website. I live and work in the elegant Virgo* town of Cheltenham, England. I am an astrologer, publisher and web designer, and the author of 'Astrology, A Beginner's Guide', published by Hodder Headline. I am also co-author, with James Hunt, of 'The Career Fulfilment Guide'. Astrology has been part of my life since 1979, when I was still at school (far more interesting than the Geography lessons, which often sent me to sleep), and has remained with me ever since. I teach the subject to beginners and help run Gloucestershire's only astrology society (see below). For me, astrology is a language, that uses symbols instead of words. Once you understand it, you have a creative way of understanding yourself and other people, as well as the times you live in. Real astrology is so much more than the 'sun sign' columns published in newspapers and magazines. It takes into account the positions of the moon and all the planets, not just the sun. Your astrological birthchart is essentially a map of the solar system, drawn up for the exact moment of your birth. It is like a cosmic blueprint of your personality that reveals, amongst other things, what motivates you, what you need to feel good about yourself, and how you relate to other people. If you would like to read my interpretation of your birthchart, and what astrology says about your character, relationships and career potential, you can download your unique Planetary Profile. Alternatively, you may wish to book a personal consultation with me in Cheltenham. If you want to learn more about astrology, you might wish to consider buying Astrology, A Beginner's Guide or coming to our evening classes that start in April 2009.

To celebrate purchasing some fabulous new p.a. speakers (the previous ones were stolen in January), I am organising a one-off dance entitled DanceJourney on June 26th 2009. * The municipal borough of Cheltenham came into being on 9th September 1876, according to 'The Astrology of Towns and Cities', by Harold Wigglesworth, 1973. This of course is not a 'foundation' chart for Cheltenham, as that date is lost in the mists of time. |
